Commercial Group. He advises large organisations on major onshore,
near shore (including the creation of tax efficient structures) and
off shore IT and business process outsourcing projects. Garfield is
recognised in Chambers and Partners 2008 as one of the UK's leading
Outsourcing lawyers, in particular for his work in the financial
services sector. Garfield also teaches on the qualified lawyers
outsourcing, IP and IT courses at Nottingham Law School and has a
masters degree in Intellectual Property from King's College
London.
