Sarah is a partner in the Projects & International
Construction Group. Her expertise lies as a projects lawyer,
specialising in process projects, in particular in the water and
energy sectors and including PFI and PPP projects. Sarah has acted
both in the UK and in overseas jurisdictions for private sector
clients, private sector utilities, banks and governments.
Sarah was recently "recommended" as a water lawyer in the 2005
edition of Legal 500, deriving from her extensive work with the
Waste Water PFI projects, and has also advised major UK water and
electricity utilities on the framework arrangements for their asset
management programmes. Sarah is a regular contributor to
water industry publications such as Utility Week, Waste Water
International, and Water 21 - including on Water Framework
