Iain is a Partner and specialises
in contentious intellectual property matters advising on all
aspects of High Court litigation and dispute resolution.
He has a broad range of
intellectual property experience having worked on matters involving
the infringement of copyright, database rights, design rights,
moral rights and trade marks and passing off. He regularly
advises high street retailers on managing their intellectual
property portfolios and infringement matters. In addition, he
advises on brand and domain name issues across the financial
services, telecommunications and media sectors.
Iain is a member of the British Literary and Artistic Copyright
Association and the Competition Law Association.
