Simon is a Partner in our employment team. His expertise covers
the full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment
law, with a particular focus on TUPE, business reorganisations and
multiple redundancies. He has extensive experience of advising in
relation to outsourcings (both public and private sector), TUPE in
the context of commercial agreements and changing terms and
conditions of employment. He also regularly represents clients in
discrimination and other high profile tribunal claims. He regularly
speaks and writes on employment law issues.
