The following are examples of our client successes:
- Advising Royal & SunAlliance in connection with the
outsourcing of its IT infrastructure to IBM and its telecoms
networks to Cable & Wireless.
- Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in its dispute with
EDS in respect of the New Tax Credits IT System. This was a high
profile dispute with a substantial settlement involving
compensation of £71.25 million paid by EDS to HMRC.
- Advising BAE Systems in connection with its third generation
global IT infrastructure outsourcing with Computer Sciences
Corporation (CSC).
- Advising William Hill in connection with a range of IT
procurement projects including advising on a major software
licensing agreement with CryptoLogic Inc, relating to the provision
of Sterling and Dollar online casinos and poker facilities.
- Advising Whitbread on their procurement and implementation of
an Oracle ERP system across the corporate group.
- Advising OGCbuying.solutions, the trading arm of the Office of
Government Commerce, on amendments to its framework contracts for
