- Advising Royal & SunAlliance in connection
with the outsourcing of its IT infrastructure to IBM and its
telecoms networks to Cable & Wireless.
- Advising a multi-national
manufacturer in connection with its HR outsourcing for
group subsidiaries in Europe under which all personnel and training
functions were outsourced to Arinso.
- Advising BAE Systems
in connection with its third generation global IT infrastructure
outsourcing with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
- Advising HSBC in
connection with the outsourcing of its print and document
management processes to Communisis.
- Acting for the Department for
Work and Pensions in connection with the re-alignment of a
