Outsourcing

With more than 60-lawyers, we have one of the largest and most experienced specialist outsourcing teams of any law firm.  We advise on the full range of outsourcings across IT, BPO and facilities management.

Our specialist outsourcing team advises both suppliers and customers throughout the lifecycle of a project from early strategic advice through to renegotiation and exit. Our experience extends across the public as well as private sectors.

In addition to the core outsourcing contractual advice we have specialists dealing with the transfer of employees and advising on funding, tax issues and pensions.  Where appropriate we are also able to assist on the creation of special purpose vehicles to deal with funding and VAT complexities.

According to CBR Magazine (August 2006) our team advised on the largest global outsourcing deal of 2005-2006 and two of the top ten global deals, including the two largest UK deals. According to Legal 500, “Masons has a formidable reputation in IT, where it is an outstanding choice for major outsourcing work”.

We supported the companies below on their outsourcing projects. To find out about the range of services we can offer you, please contact Clive Seddon.
