advises the information, technology and support services industries
on contentious and risk management issues, including intellectual
property, legal audits, data flows and data privacy, dispute
avoidance and dispute resolution, insurance, e-commerce and
outsourcing.
He acts in disputes for hardware manufacturers, software
suppliers and government bodies using IT systems for
outsourcing.
Peter also lectures widely on technology law and risk
management.
