Helen specialises in PRC construction law and regulatory
issues relating to the PRC construction industry and the foreign
investment area. She is a qualified PRC lawyer and advises
foreign developers, contractors and consultants investing in or
undertaking projects in China. Her work often involves establishing
foreign invested construction companies, reviewing, drafting and
negotiating construction contracts and advising on China
construction law issues.
She advises several foreign owned construction companies in
contract negotiations and for high profile projects and setting up
operations in the PRC.
