Jonathan is a Partner in our Employment Group. He advises
clients on all HR issues including TUPE/outsourcing, senior
executive terminations and reorganisations. He has particular
experience of various forms of dispute resolution including High
Court and Appeal Court trials, mediation and Tribunal work.
Jonathan leads our National Employment Group innovative tribunal
management product – Introducing Certainty. He is a fully
qualified mediator. He has considerable experience of
defending breach of contract claims and in drafting and enforcing
restrictive covenants, an area in which Chambers recognises him for
his "terrific support".
