Martin is a Partner in our Outsourcing, Technology and
Commercial Group. Martin specialises in advising clients on major
outsourcing projects and has extensive experience of acting for the
public and private sectors on both domestic and
multi-jurisdictional matters.
Martin's recent public sector experience includes leading the
team advising the Department for Communities and Local Government
on the procurement of custodial and insurance tenancy deposit
schemes. He has also acted for the Department for Children,
Schools and Families, Defra and the Metropolitan Police Service on
major projects. Martin has advised UK and overseas clients on
a wide range of business process outsourcings, and acted for a
leading marine electronics company on their $500m offshore
manufacturing outsourcing to Flextronics.
