Vincent is a partner in the Projects and International
Construction Group.
Now based in London, Vincent previously spent a considerable
period of time working in Pinsent Masons' offices in Asia (Hong
Kong and Singapore). He has over 20 years experience advising
in connection with major international infrastructure and
construction projects, with particular expertise in contract
strategies, project management (as project counsel) and
international dispute resolution.
Vincent has advised and represented both owners and contractors
on many projects around the World, including in Africa, Asia,
China, India and the Middle East, with a particular focus on the
oil and gas, power and transport sectors. He has recently worked on
a number of major oil projects in the Sudan, a large LNG project in
Qatar, a gas pipeline project and the Delhi Metro in India, a
styrene monomer plant in Singapore and a new multi-site university
in Central Asia.
