George is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation
Group. A Solicitor Advocate, he specialises in resolving commercial
disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has a
great deal of experience of acting for commercial, Government and
public sector clients. His corporate clients have been wide ranging
including companies in the construction, transport, oil, food,
media, financial and professional services, insurance and
reinsurance sectors.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, George has
acted in substantial domestic and international ad hoc and ICC
arbitrations. His public sector work has included procurement
disputes and significant judicial reviews. He is also experienced
in contract, company and commercial disputes and litigation, often
including injunctions, for and against former employees or
directors in fraud, misuse of confidential information and
disqualification cases.
