Antoinette’s experience encompasses a wide range of corporate
and commercial work, including business and company acquisitions
and disposals, joint ventures and general commercial advice. She
also advises on competition law. She has particular experience of
transactions in the hotel, media and leisure industries, and in the
property and construction sectors.
Recently, Antoinette has been advising a number of Government
departments and other public sector bodies on a variety of
contractual and regulatory matters. Other clients have included
Gould Paper Corporation, Bureau Veritas, Pierse Contracting Limited
and a South African company supplying services to the NHS.
