Alastair is a Partner in our Construction law team and was joint
founder of Pinsent Masons’ Scottish practice. He has advised on
numerous, major on-shore and off-shore projects, both nationally
and internationally. His principal areas of expertise are
procurement pre-construction, risk management during construction
and resolution of disputes and differences throughout the
construction process.
Alastair’s dispute management experience includes mediation,
adjudication and arbitration on all major forms of procurement and
conducting litigation in the Court of Session, including the
Commercial Court. His diverse clients have included building,
energy (including renewables), oil and gas companies, banks, a
hospital trust and a museum.
