Our Property Group has a strong track record on
advising a wide range of Government and other public sector
organisations including DEFRA, NOMS, DTI, English Partnerships,
various RDAs and local authorities over a number of years.
We have a particular
reputation in complex property led transactions such as
regeneration, PPPs and LBVS. Our Structured Solutions for Government product
has been developed to maximise the opportunities for Government
using complex contractual structures.
We understand the practical
and daily challenges for the public sector having a large,
geographically spread and diverse estate, and with the added
overlay and complication of responding variously to the Haskins,
Gershon and Lyons agendas. We understand the financial
constraints of the public sector, most recently encapsulated in CSR
07.
With over 150 lawyers around
the UK our Property Group has a national reputation in advising a
variety of real estate clients. With such a large,
well-established team, we can resource any type of real estate work
on a local or national basis as required.
