Clive is head of the Outsourcing Technology & Commercial
group, he specialises in providing strategic advice to both private
and public sector clients in relation to IT and telecommunication
disputes, utilising the full range of forms of dispute resolution,
including injunctions, expert determination, adjudication,
arbitration and mediation. He is one of only a handful of
accredited mediators specialising in IT. He has specialised in this
area since qualification and is now one of the country's leading
specialists.
Clive regularly speaks at IT industry conferences on the
contractual issues of software and hardware systems procurement.
