This year’s conference will be based on several key judgments from the courts over the last year or so which are of significance to the construction industry.
Through a series of detailed case studies based on the judgments, we will draw out the key lessons learnt focussing on practical issues relevant to procurement, contract formation, project administration and dispute resolution.
