Our acquisition finance team advises on international and domestic acquisition and leveraged finance transactions for many of the major banks in the acquisition and leveraged finance market. We also have extensive experience of advising those banks on complex cross-border transactions.
In addition, the team advises corporate borrowers and private equity investors on the funding of both public and private acquisitions. We work closely with our corporate finance and private equity teams on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions to provide a seamless service.
Acquisition Finance Experience includes:
- Acting for lenders and borrowers in relation to senior, mezzanine, second lien and bridge facilities
- Advising on secondary buyouts and recapitalisations of existing leveraged structures
- Acting on MBO and MBI transactions including public bids, private acquisitions and public-to-privates
- Advising on restructurings, refinancings and distressed debt transactions for lenders, borrowers and investors
