The following are examples of our client successes:

  • Advised MoneySwap Plc, an online peer to peer currency exchange platform and online clearing house with particular focus in the Asia-Pacific market, on its admission to AIM
  • Advised Westhouse Securities Limited and Liberum Capital Limited on the £51.6m fundraising for Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited, the BVI incorporated and AIM-quoted gold exploration and development company operating in the Kyrgyz Republic. 
  • Advised Regal Petroleum PLC, the AIM quoted, Ukraine focused oil and gas exploration and production company on its £85.3m recommended increased partial cash offer by Energees Management for 70% of Regal. 
  • Advised Evolution Securities Limited, the UK's leading supplier of healthcare software and related services to GPs, on its admission to AIM. 
  • Advised AIM listed Redefine International plc on its £106m conditional acquisition of five Holiday Inn hotels from the Splendid Hotels Group.
  • Advised a group of Chinese investors on their investment in Oxus Gold plc for the aggregate amount of US$105m.
  • Advised Regal Petroleum plc on its secondary placing to raise $104.7m.  It was carried out through an accelerated book-building process by Merrill Lynch International.
