Lawyers in our corporate and commercial services group come from diverse backgrounds yet they share a common approach in providing practical commercial advice, tailored to the Gulf market.
The team is actively engaged with companies looking to get involved in the expanding Gulf economy, including acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity, listing work and a wide range of other corporate transactions. Through our international network, we also support local companies on business ventures in Europe and Asia Pacific.
In addition the team advises on a range of commercial contracts. These include joint ventures and strategic commercial alliances, supply chain management, appointment of agents, distributors, franchises, concessions, dealer networks and licensees and procurement of capital assets, goods and services.
