We have put together a specialist team which:

• gives trustees of pension schemes options to use the Regulator's anti-avoidance powers to benefit their schemes – such as asking for a financial support direction or contribution notice before a crisis point is reached;
• helps trustees if the employer becomes insolvent;
• advises employers on how to deal with the Regulator's powers on a future sale or restructuring of your business or where an investigation by the Regulator is under way.
