Our recent experience

  • SPAR:  March 2011 we acted for AF Blakemore & Son on its £36M acquisition of Capper & Co in a deal which saw AF Blakemore increase its SPAR franchise business to 1096 UK SPAR stores. 
  • Jewson: we advised Jewson on the acquisition of 150 "Build Centre" builders merchants from Wolseley in Summer 2011
  • House of Fraser: recent acquisition of new warehouse, lease regears, dispute resolution and management advice
  • RAC: we have worked with RAC for over ten years advising on the main RAC portfolio as well as the portfolios of a number subsidiary companies.
