Recent transactions include advising:

  • Redefine International plc - on its merger with Wichford P.L.C., to create an enlarged, income-focused property investment company on the LSE Main Market  (£300+ million market capitalisation, and over £1 billion of property investment assets)
  • Prime plc - on its proposed Main Market IPO (up to £200m fundraise)
  • I.M. Properties PLC - on the acquisition of all of the issued units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust, from a subsidiary of Allied London Properties Limited (the landmark building for the new Spinningfields retail scheme in Manchester)
  • Medicx Fund - a specialist healthcare property investment company – on its IPO on the LSE main market and subsequent £55.9million placing and offer for subscription
  • Wal-Mart/Asda - on the £multi-million disposal of the Gazeley group, its property development subsidiary, to a subsidiary of Economic World Zones FZE
