Recent experience:
- Advising on the structuring of a property collective investment aimed at pension funds using an unauthorised unit trust structure.
- Advising on the structuring and establishment of a Common Investment Fund (a fund specifically for charities to invest into which is itself established as a charity registered with the Charity Commission).
- Advising on and drafting trust documentation for a pensions provider for use with their specialist products.
- Providing advice to a financial services company and advising on the establishment of documentation for a medical benefits trust.
- Advising an insurance company in connection with a specialist property title insurance product, and the use of a trust mechanism to protect the interests of the insurance company following any payment out under the policy.
- Advising an insurance company on the corcumstances where a trust can be demonstrated in respect of client monies held where there is a risk of broker insolvency.
