  • Advising Royal & SunAlliance in connection with the outsourcing of its IT infrastructure to IBM and its telecoms networks to Cable & Wireless.
  • Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in its dispute with EDS in respect of the New Tax Credits IT System. This was a high profile dispute with a substantial settlement involving compensation of £71.25 million paid by EDS to HMRC.
  • Advising BAE Systems in connection with its third generation global IT infrastructure outsourcing with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). 
  • Advising William Hill in connection with a range of IT procurement projects including advising on a major software licensing agreement with CryptoLogic Inc, relating to the provision of Sterling and Dollar online casinos and poker facilities.
  • Advising Whitbread on their procurement and implementation of an Oracle ERP system across the corporate group.
  • Advising OGCbuying.solutions, the trading arm of the Office of Government Commerce, on amendments to its framework contracts for the procurement by all public bodies of software licences and development, implementation and consultancy services.
