Every firm should be distinctive by virtue of its values – the core principles that govern its internal culture and external market profile.

We believe ours – ambition in pursuit of excellence; respect and co-operation; an open and approachable business style – are fundamental to who we are and all that we are capable of achieving.

In the day-to-day world, these values inform and are reflected in everything that we do – in how we approach our work, our clients and each other.

So when we say ambition & excellence, we mean always giving your best, being alive to new opportunities, seeking solutions and looking to learn and improve.

By respect & co-operation, we mean working together and combining everyone’s different talents to capitalise on our strengths, and achieve the best for our clients and ourselves.

And by open & approachable, we mean acting with courtesy and consideration, being straightforward and honest and taking people at face value.

Our values are a living entity – they come out of who we are as people and as professionals, and how we all want the firm to evolve and grow.

A key element in our recent merger was the compatibility between each firm's values and a mutual respect of each other's culture.  That is why we are investing time, energy and resources in reviewing our core values to arrive at values which are right for the "new firm".  We believe this is fundamental to our successful integration.
