Dispute in Hong Kong for a Singaporean software developer

We act for a Singapore listed CMM5-accredited software developer on a dispute with the Hong Kong Government in relation to the delivery of a major software system for a government department.

Formal dispute resolution between systems vendors (especially Asian owned entities) and Government is very rare in Hong Kong. This matter is widely discussed between influential players in both the public and private quotients of the technology industry in the territory.

The appointment came off the back of a long relationship with the client covering contentious, non-contentious and training assignments.
