Employment advice to tech manufacturer across the Asia Pacific

We advised this UK-based manufacturer of set top boxes and telecoms peripherals on various employment related matters in the Asia Pacific, including the complex termination arrangements of senior managers of its Hong Kong subsidiary.

The client was expanding its presence in China through acquisitions. We assisted them by carrying out due diligence on the target companies, including analysis of employment contracts, employee intellectual property rights, and transfer between the target companies and the new established vehicle.
