We seek to help our clients to make savings without compromising on performance. One obvious example is to secure better value for money without losing service performance and reliability. These aspects are vital for all organisations. This is especially the case for the public sector which is tasked with protecting the nation's security.
Using our deep understanding of the public sector and knowledge of ICT projects we worked with a major Government department to renegotiate its telecommunications supply contract. With the in-house project team we helped to devise a successful re-negotiation strategy which enabled the contract difficulties to be resolved and to improve value for money. All of this was done with an eye on the security issues which were essential to protect service continuity.
