Pinsent Masons appoints Corporate Finance specialist Louise Wolfson
International law firm Pinsent Masons is strengthening its Corporate practice in London with the appointment of Corporate Finance specialist, Louise Wolfson. Louise joins from Allen & Overy, where she was a partner in the Equity Capital Markets team.
In addition to equity capital markets work, Louise also specialises in public company M&A. Louise became a partner in 2007, having worked at Allen & Overy since qualification.

Pinsent Masons recently strengthened its practice in China with the arrival of partners Dr. Bernd-Uwe Stucken and Liu Wei from Salans, along with 13 lawyers and 12 support staff. The firm's international Corporate practice now comprises over 200 lawyers based across the firm's 15 offices.
Louise joins Pinsent Masons on 5 November 2012.
