Pinsent Masons celebrates Diversity Week

International law firm Pinsent Masons is celebrating its first Diversity Week running from the 16th-23rd November. Diversity Week, which coincides with National Anti Bullying Week, aims to raise awareness of, and celebrate the work of, Pinsent Masons' diversity network groups: Black and Minority Ethnic Group (BME), Family, Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT), Multi-faith, Female Network Group, Disability.

Events will take place across the firm's UK offices including a 'Bring your child to work day' initiative and a seminar by the organisation Working Families, a quiz night hosted by our LGBT Network, a series of women and wine networking events hosted by the Women's Network Group, a Diwali celebration event and a week of multi cultural themed menus in Pinsent Masons' staff restaurants. Members of the BME network group will also be supporting a careers event, raising aspirations and providing positive BME role models for one of Pinsent Masons' partner schools in London and the Disability Network Group will be holding try outs for the first Pinsent Masons sledge hockey team.

As part of the celebrations David Isaac* Partner at Pinsent Masons, will be hosting a client drinks event where Sue Nelson, Chair of the Law Society Equality and Diversity Committee will be a guest speaker.
