International law firm Pinsent Masons is marking International Women's Day with a series of events in our offices across the world

04 Mar 2014 | 02:58 pm |

For our lawyers, we are running closed door coaching on using your inner dialogue to support your success.

This coaching supports our young lawyers who are working with clients on our key client programme, Atlas and acknowledges the role of personal confidence in the success of our lawyers and teams. The coaching is being run by well respected personal coach Nis Arend who specialises in working with professionals rising up through large corporates in the City and internationally.

For all of our staff, we are running movie nights at each of our offices and the film we have selected is the 1980's classic ‘Working Girl’, the movie is about a young woman striving to make it in the world of mergers and acquisitions in Wall Street. Cue lots of inspiration for our teams fuelled with popcorn and hot dogs.

We are also celebrating International Women's Day with our clients at a drinks party at our Head Office in London on Thursday 6 March 2014. The event is being hosted by our female network, Female Futures, and our Russia Ukraine desk. We have invited senior female leaders from our clients and in our business to celebrate the day and learn more about how they celebrate this event in Russia.
