International law firm Pinsent Masons has announced that it will be the official platinum sponsor of MIPIM UK for the second year in a row.
MIPIM UK is the largest UK Property trade show and will be held in October 2015 – it will bring together more than 5,000 investors, developers, local authorities, occupiers, hotel groups, agents and business service providers, focusing on the UK real estate market.
Pinsent Masons has the largest real estate practice in the country with offices located in each of the UK's three legal jurisdictions.
Arthur Lovitt, Partner and Head of Real Estate at Pinsent Masons, said:
“We are delighted to be sponsoring MIPIM UK again for the second year running. As the law firm with the largest UK real estate team and international lawyers to the real estate sector this sponsorship is a natural tie-up and reflects the serious commitment we have to the property industry, as well as reflecting our market-leading positions in the infrastructure and hotel sectors.
“We strive to be property dealmakers in the domestic and international markets as well as legal and industry experts in the real estate sector – this is visible throughout our involvement in projects such as Earl’s Court, Royal Albert Docks, Crystal Palace and the Olympic Park.”
“MIPIM UK provides a perfect platform for us to connect with others and share our great understanding of alternative asset classes and specialist knowledge including student real estate finance & investment, asset management, accommodation, infrastructure, parliamentary and government, residential, offices, industrial, retail, hotels, mixed use, sport, planning and energy.”
