International law firm Pinsent Masons has advised leading German auction channel 1-2-3.tv GmbH, on the sale of the majority of shares in the business.
Shareholders Wellington Partners, Target Partners and Cipio Partners, have sold their shares in the company to ARCUS Capital AG and BE Beteiligungen Fonds GmbH & Co. KG. The company is also held by previous shareholders Iris Capital and the co-founder of 1-2-3.tv GmbH, Henning Schnepper. The network’s managing director, Iris Ostermaier, has invested via the new shareholders of the company. The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities.

1-2-3.tv GmbH is the operating company of the German auction channel 1-2-3.tv. The company, founded in spring 2004, is headquartered in Grünwald near Munich. Over 35 million households in Germany and Austria have access to 1-2-3.tv.
