Alastair is a member of the Board, our Head of Client Strategy and is also responsible for our client relationship programme.
He has been the principal construction law adviser on numerous major projects on-shore and off-shore nationally and internationally. Alastair advises on procurement pre-construction, risk management during construction and on resolution of disputes and differences throughout the construction process.
His dispute management experience includes mediation, adjudication and arbitration on all major forms of procurement and conducting litigation in the Court of Session, including the Commercial Court.
