Richard is Head of Client Operations and is responsible for leading innovation in the way Pinsent Masons delivers services to clients both in terms of operational efficiency and pricing strategies at a firm wide level. He divides his time across the firm's offices and, prior to taking up a management role, specialised in the field of Corporate Finance.
