Helen is a corporate partner and is also head of the Manchester office. Helen has a wealth of experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate finance transactions for both public and private companies including M&A, joint ventures, fundraisings and schemes of arrangements. She advises plcs and large corporates on general M&A strategy including strategic acquisitions.
Helen is a member of the CBI NW Council and Chair of the NW Two Percent Club. She is also a member of the firm's Energy and Infrastructure Sector Groups.
