Jon is a Partner with broad experience of dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sectors. He specialises in domestic and international arbitrations, High Court proceedings, mediation, adjudication and expert determination.
Jon has considerable experience of professional negligence actions for and against professionals in the construction industry. His clients include a wide range of public and private sector organisations, both in the UK and internationally. The scope of the projects on which he has advised encompasses major civil engineering projects such as tunnelling and airports. He has also arbitrated on an education construction project and worked on land assessment cases.
