Alan is a Legal Director who specialises in Banking and Finance transactions. Alan has extensive experience acting for sponsors and financial institutions in relation to a wide range of public infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Alan also regularly advises lenders and borrowers in relation to real estate and development finance and both leveraged and general corporate finance transactions.
Alan has practised overseas, including a spell on secondment with a major international bank, and has extensive experience in dealing with the cross-border issues which arise in multinational financial transactions.
