Alastair is Legal Director with expertise in advising clients in relation to disputes arising from all aspects of construction and construction related contracts. This ranges from strategic advice during the course of a contract to formal dispute resolution and mediation.
Alastair has extensive experience of adjudication, arbitration and also of litigating in the Court of Session. In 2004 Alastair qualified as a solicitor advocate. He appears regularly on behalf of clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
Alastair has spoken extensively on the law and practice of Adjudication and all forms of dispute resolution.
