George's practice includes: advising in relation to distribution, agency and logistics contracts and purchase and supply contracts; advising on the outsourcing of back-office services; the drafting and negotiation of software development and licensing contracts and the procurement of information and communication technology systems; advising in relation to e-commerce regulatory compliance; advising on advertising and copy clearance matters; general intellectual property and data protection advice; and intellectual property and data protection aspects of corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions and investments).
