Helen is a Legal Director who specialises in employment and is based in Birmingham. She advises on all areas of UK employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. Her main areas of specialism include handling complex and lengthy Tribunal complaints in relation to, for example, all forms of discrimination and whistle-blowing, advising on the TUPE implications of business transfers and service provision changes and large scale restructuring exercises.
Helen works closely with clients to help them achieve their strategic aims, weighing up the options and assessing the risks. She is also a key member of our University’s Group, Tribunal Management Steering Group and Equality Law Team.
