James is a Legal Director who specialises in employment law and regularly represents clients at the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal (where he conducts his own advocacy). James has extensive experience of dealing with all types of discrimination issues, unfair dismissal, redundancy, restructuring, executive termination, TUPE and changes to terms and conditions of employment. James spent 7 months on secondment standing in for the Head of Employment Law of a FTSE 100 Company. James carries out training for clients on all aspects of employment law.
