Jeremy is a Director with experience of advising on a wide variety of energy-related projects and acquisitions. Experience to date includes energy-related work at both domestic and international levels, advising clients including other multinational energy companies, independent oil and gas companies, banks, government departments and regulators.
Previously Jeremy has been a Legal Advisor at the Office of the Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem), the regulator of the gas and electricity markets in England and Wales. At Ofgem, Jeremy was involved in a variety of gas and electricity projects and advised on a wide range of issues including, regulatory matters, competition matters, European law compliance, environmental issues and consumer law. Jeremy has gained considerable experience of the regulatory regime in England and Wales for gas and electricity and of public and administrative law matters, including judicial review.
