Keith has practiced for over twenty five years as a law costs consultant and provides specialist law costs advice and advocacy services on costs issues and claims arising in and from commercial disputes and court, arbitration and tribunal proceedings in England and internationally. He has particular expertise in respect of funding options, litigation risk transfer and costs budgets in substantial commercial disputes, and in resolving costs claims and disputes.
Keith is a Costs Lawyer, rather than a Solicitor, and is head of the firms law costs team. He has 'rights of audience' and 'rights to conduct costs litigation' as a Costs Lawyer pursuant to the Legal Services Act 2007, is a practicing member of The Academy of Experts, an accredited Mediator with CEDR, a member of the Association of Costs Lawyers, and a member of the LexisNexis PSL Dispute Resolution Editorial Board.
