Neil is a Legal Director with over 20 years' experience of property transactions. He handles a wide range of property investment and portfolio management work. In parallel with those mainstream areas he has developed, over the years, specialisms in minerals projects (quarries and mines and related land restoration project) and also in property restructuring and financing (including situations of formal insolvency) - advising both landowners and occupiers . He leads the firm's Property Group teams in both these areas.
