Pamela is a Director and has spent the last 15 years specialising in Restructuring and Recovery, advising on all formal insolvency regimes, including liquidations, receiverships and administrations (acting for commercial lenders and insolvency practitioners).
Pamela's primary expertise is in matters of formal insolvency and in particular on the purchase and sale of business and assets from distressed businesses. Pamela's length of experience in formal insolvency gives her a commercial view on advising corporate clients on asset protection, reorganisation and restructuring.
