He advises clients on a variety of methods to get products to market, including the appointment of agents and distributors. Richard also advises clients on the associated consumer issues including sales promotions and consumer protection legislation.
He advises on a number of outsourcing arrangements and has experience of advising clients on a variety of strategic alliances.
