Rupert is a Legal Director and advises in relation to the full range of contentious intellectual property disputes, handling a varied caseload of patent, internet, trade mark, copyright, design right and passing off disputes. With over 15 years experience, Rupert has successfully led various litigations including for Phones 4u Limited and Magnet Limited. Rupert has also had the benefit of secondments with Arcadia Group Limited and Marks and Spencer plc.
