About Adam

Adam is a Partner with wide experience advising employers, especially in relation to Northern Ireland discrimination and employment matters.

Adam advises on tribunal claims involving redundancy, unfair dismissal and a full range of discrimination, especially on grounds of religious beliefs/political opinion.

Adam also advises on Court matters such as union recognition, industrial action, team moves and covenants. He also advises on senior departures, including the interaction of employment, directorship and shareholding. Adam provides wider advice to employers on strategic issues such as TUPE and Service Provision Change, use of agency workers and in respect of grievances/complaints from students, customers and others, sometimes involving the County Court, regulators and independent assessments.

Adam is a former Chairman and current committee member of the Employment Lawyers Group for Northern Ireland.
